Electrode dryer

The Dryfast electrode dryers are used for re-drying and storing welding electrodes. The mobile electrode dryers are also suitable for storing electrodes that have already been dried at the place of use and for protecting them from moisture. An ideal device for use on the construction site. Depending on the model, the dryers have a capacity of 5 - 250kg and a temperature of 30°C - 400°C.

 

Storage cabinets

The storage cabinets are used to store the electrodes after the drying process. Depending on your requirements, 7 shelves with a load capacity of 100kg each can be installed. Furthermore, an infinite number of storage cabinets can be placed side by side. The storage cabinets are system cabinets from Rittal. All cabinets are thermally insulated with a special layer of insulating material. A thermometer and hygrometer round off the coherent system.

 

Silo

The Dryfast Silos are used for drying and storing welding powder. The 4 convection chimneys achieve the highest efficiency, as the heat works its way laterally through the powder without heat accumulation all around and thus optimally overcomes the enormous heat transfer resistance of the powder. Indirect heat exchange system ensures the longevity of the radiators.
